Google Shopping - Store Pages

Simplifying how people compare stores and shop with confidence.

This project strengthened the moment when shoppers compare where to buy. I reorganized content, refined hierarchy, and clarified decision factors so users can quickly understand price, availability, and fulfillment options. The experience became more guidance-driven and consistently scalable across the broader Shopping ecosystem.

Google Maps - Business Messages

Helping businesses support customers instantly and effortlessly with assistant bot

The challenge was to turn recurring customer questions into helpful automated responses. I shaped the conversational model, interaction patterns, and business-facing tools so answers surface naturally without extra effort. The result made automated support feel more human and reduced friction on both sides of the conversation.

Amazon AWS — Storage Gateway Console

Bringing clarity to complex cloud workflows

This work focused on untangling dense, technical infrastructure tasks. I rethought the information architecture, refined key flows, and introduced more intuitive patterns that support administrators through setup and monitoring. The console became easier to learn, more predictable, and more aligned with how users mentally map cloud systems.

New Kitchen Platform (IoT)

Reimagining how people cook in a connected home

The project explored a unified system across appliances, sensors, and mobile touchpoints. I contributed to core interaction models and the framework that links multiple devices into one seamless flow and manage the team. This created a more supportive cooking journey—one that feels coordinated, efficient, and quietly smart.

Laundry Experience — Washing Machine

Turning everyday chores into simple, intuitive actions

I redesigned key moments in the washing-machine experience—from program selection to progress updates. My work centered on expressing complex settings in a way that feels familiar and easy to act on. The result was a calmer, more confidence-building interaction for users managing daily laundry tasks.

Family Hub — Smart Fridge with Touchscreen

Bringing family life, food, and smart tools together on one screen

I designed features and interaction flows for the touchscreen-based Family Hub fridge, focusing on food management, connecting with other 3rd party services, communication, and connected-home controls. I created a more cohesive visual and interaction system that made the large screen feel welcoming and purposeful. The work supported a richer, more integrated kitchen experience for families.
